水工及其它方面
机组进水流道设计不合理或与机组不配套、水泵淹没深度不当，以及机组启动和停机顺序不合理等，都会使进水条件恶化，产生漩涡，诱发汽蚀或加重机组及泵房振动。采用破坏虹吸真空断流的机组在启动时，若驼峰段空气挟带困难，形成虹吸时间过长；拍门断流的机组拍门设计不合理，时开时闭，不断撞击拍门座；支撑水泵和电机的基础发生不均匀沉陷或基础的刚性较差等原因，也都会导致机组发生振动。
（二）开车前准备：
1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。
2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。
3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。
4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。
5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上，排污混流泵安装，直联时，南昌混流泵安装，电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。
6、检查泵内有无障碍，工业混流泵安装，轴是否卡住，用手转动应轻无杂音。
II. Preparation Before Starting
1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.
2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the
installation if it is suitable.
3.Check the water–in and outpiPES if they are leaking water and air.
4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.
5.Check the
motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction
of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.
6.Check the
pump if there are barriers ， if the axile locks， there should be no noises when
turing it by hand.
