一  产品介绍;
XRW-300C热变形、维卡软化点温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料(如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料等)的热变形及维卡软化点温度的测定。产品的性能稳定,精度高,操作简单明了,自动化程度高,是国内目前用于非金属材料的变形和软化温度的先进的检测仪器。适用于大专院校,科研单位、产品质量监督检验和化工企业等单位。
二  特点
1 试样架为一体式结构,膨胀系数小,实验数据真实准确。
2 升降系统为一体机型,噪音低。
3油箱具有特殊结构,温度均匀性好,精度保持±0.5℃。并采用先进的可控硅控制温度。
4位移传感器调整方便,具有精调、微调双调整方式
5 可以时实监控试验温度、试验变形量的曲线走向,并动态地实时绘制温度、变形量的曲线,实现历史存盘,打印试验报告
6 在实验过程和查阅历史报告中,当用鼠标点击形变——温度曲线的任何一处时,界面会自动显示该处的变形量及温度值。
7当试验温度达到上限设定温度时自动停止加热。
